This website is owned and operated by 1-Diagnostic Ltd. These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information regarding our business, how we operate and what we offer, and also offers the opportunity to purchase products and services. By accessing or using this website or our services, you accept hat you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 WEBSITE USAGE AND REQUIREMENTS
2.1 In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

2.2 We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

3 PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1 When buying an item, you agree that (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

3.2 The prices we charge for our services and products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 4 PRICE INFORMATION
4.1 The price of goods and services is the price set out on the website at that time we dispatch your order.
4.2 The price of goods does not include delivery charges as set out in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions
4.3 The price of the Goods and Services is inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate chargeable in the UK. If the VAT rate changes between your order date and the date of dispatch, we will adjust the VAT you pay unless you have already paid for the goods or services in full before the change in VAT. 1-Diagnostics VAT number is GB245042631.
4.4 The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made on this website. On occasions, the prices payable and promotions offered may differ from those on Ebay or Amazon.
4.5 Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Where more than one offer is available on the same product only one discount will apply. The offer giving the greatest saving will be applied in the basket.

5 DELIVERY
5.1 We offer free standard shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom
5.2 (i) Overseas shipping will be calculated by weight at checkout and must be paid for by you alongside the goods. Our overseas courier is DHL.
5.2 (ii) Overseas shipping will be delivered duties unpaid. Consequently you must be prepared to pay any customs charges in order to successfully receive your goods.

6 CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
6.1 (i) Once payment has been accepted for goods, we cannot cancel an order.
6.1 (ii) We can accept cancellations for services provided we are given 24 hours notice prior to the date and time the service is due
6.2 (i) We cannot accept returns on hybrid batteries unless both of the following applies: the voltage falls below 7.2v, and the serial number matches our records.
6.2 (ii) For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
6.2 (iii) For faulty goods, in addition to clause 4.2 (i), we must be informed of faults within 2 days of delivery. Failure to do so will free 1-Diagnostic from any liability in this respect.
6.3 Postage for returns is at the customer's expense.

7 WARRANTIES
Refer to the table below for warranty periods for our individual products:

When we receive a valid warranty claim (as per Table 1.1) for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
8 VARIATION
8.1 We may, without any prior notice change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer, or create limits for the services. We may permanently of temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Term; do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of 1-Diagnostic Ltd. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

10 LIABILITY
10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold 1-Diagnostic Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including lawyer’s fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 1-Diagnostic, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1-Diagnostic assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i)errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein

By signing up to our mailing list, or selecting the relevant checkbox at checkout, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by email only. If you no longer wish to receive such promotional materials or notices, please just notify us at any time

12 OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
These Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Goods through our Website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. The only language in which the Contract can be concluded is English.
