RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We hope you are happy with your order.  However, if you are unsatisfied, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund.

 

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order or within 28 days if you’d prefer an exchange.  Please note, you are responsible for the return postage costs and we do recommend that you send it tracked. 

 

If opting for a return, we will issue a refund for the product(s) to the original payment method within a week of us receiving your package.

 

If you are exchanging, we will send your replacement product(s) with delivery included.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@1-diagnostic.com with the following information and we will respond within 48 hours:

1. Your name

2. Order number

3. The product(s) you wish to exchange or return

4. Battery serial number (if returning a hybrid battery)

5. Reason for return/exchange

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

1. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted items

2. If returning hybrid batteries, the serial number needs to match our records for a full refund to be issued.

3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

4. If we receive a damaged item, we will only refund 25% of your purchase price.
